Aww thanks. It's nice to be able to do what I love day in and day out. You guys/gals are the best. Wait till you see the next project!

Mike, I'm still flipping over the last small block build you posted.
Playing lotto!

Oh come on Mike, the anticipation is killing me. Can you at least give us a sneak peak as to what's brewing at MRL?

I was about to get some myself, then I jumped ship and went Gen III Hemi. I know it wont be long and Mike will start playing with those too.

I want to make solid rollers for them, And I have a 5.7 in the shop. just don't have the time to mess with it.

What camshaft in your 470?

Don't know now.I was looking at 23-702-9 comp. But everyone is against it cept for my engine builder.just want 600 or so hp.Might buy Trick flows or indy ez haven't decided yet.was going with 1.6 rocker arms

Maybe a little 200 shot.im trying 100 at first.

That's the one I've been favoring. Good choice for a street 470 I believe.
I'll be using the 440 source 470 kit and Trick Flow heads. The 78cc chambers
should yield a 10.09 compression ratio. I'll probably stick with 1.5 Comp rockers.

COMP Cams#249-23-702-9

Xtreme Energy Mechanical Roller Camshaft
Chrysler 383-440ci 1959-1980 Three Bolt •Lift: .576"/.582"
•Duration: 286°/292°
•Lobe Separation Angle: 110°
•RPM Range: 3000-6500

Just ordered a set of the Pro Plus rollers from Mike for my 340 stroker build. Mike is very helpful & answered all my questions. Great to deal with. I can't wait to get them installed. Thanks Mike

I cam get the cam through my head porter but he thinks I otta get a new design ,he said it's old technology. He gave me a guy to talk to at comp .MRL likes Luanitti .My machinest is old school.Ive ran cams that I didn't think would work and upon a freshen up with the same tune settings yielded 2 tenths off the trailer with simular weather conditions.
Less Adams is the Mopar guy around Dallas Ft worth he ran my conbo on a high dollar program with maximum port work on Rpms and I had 600 hp @6500 rpm with 11.1 to 1 compression. So Indy or trick flows with 320 to 330@600 lift would be more
