With that 440 and those small tires I would think it would be easy to do!

That’s my niece who lives 150 miles away. I wouldn’t let her light the tires up. Everything within a half mile would probably get wiped out.

August 18, 2024. Did the second of three photo shoots I planned for the summer. Only two people showed up. Took some pictures, chewed the fat, had a good time.

August 24, 2024. In June of 1983 I took some pictures of my younger brother and a couple of our friends. 34 years later in 2017 I decided I wanted another picture of the three of them while I had the chance. Wasn’t sure if I would ever get the car painted or if we would even have the opportunity. Finally in 2024 I got the chance to take another picture with car painted and looking like it did when it was new.

August 29, 2024. Went down to visit my younger brother in Frostburg, MD and check out their annual Labor Day cruise. Cruise got rained out but I went anyway. Decided to get a picture of one of nephews and a niece. They just had to sit in the car. Fun times.

September 15, 2024 Another photo shoot at Joe’s garage. Last one for the year. Hopefully next year I can get more ‘cudas to show up.

10-5-24. Decided to go to Bob Ore’s restoration shop before it got to be too late in the year. They did the re-chroming of my vent windows and exhaust tips. Bob’s son Jason rebuilt the engine for my car.

10-11-24. Decided to go to Public Dock, now called Dobbins Landing. Use to be the most popular cruising spot in Erie, not so much anymore though. Some of us diehards can’t resist still cruising there. Wanted to get some night shots of the ‘cuda.

10-20-24 Went back to the movie theater to get some more pictures before the weather got to bad. Decided to get some overhead shots of the ‘cuda.

11-20-24 Had been wanting to get pictures of my ‘cuda all year with a Christmas scene so I could send Christmas cards to friends and family out of town. Took around 50 some pictures of it that day. A couple days later got hit with a big snow storm. Got them just in the nick of time.

those same pics in a snowy location would've been much more 'christmassy', lol.
it'd need to be slow drive there and back and a ton of cleaning afterwards but what pics you'd have.

Yeah, but I didn’t want to get the old girl all messy. Salt trucks would’ve been out before I got home.

hence my 'ton of cleaning afterwards' comment, lol. i get it though, after all the work you've done you don't want salty slush all over it starting the whole process again.

And Erie sees 100 inches every year. I'm on Lake Ontario and it's rare if I'm out in my Barracuda in November.

We had a real mild winter the year before. I got my car back on February 21st 2024 and drove it to the gas station. Even drove it a couple times in March and April. What a difference. It felt weird being able to drive it that time of year.
