From what I can tell theres a paper tag in the back window and he blocked it with his finger. Nice looking '74.

Yeah, probably Temporary Registration until the Sticker/Tag arrives for the plate.

It only has 58k miles on it. Planning on doing a lot to it over the summer. And those were registration papers I was trying to cover up lol.
