My 440 wont rev right

Can anyone help? I have a 440 RB bored 60 over with a RV cam all new but it wont seem to rev up the right way. not sure what the problem is been trying everything I can think of. any ideas????? and its in The General Lee a 69 Charger

We need more details - define "doesn't rev the right way"...does it not rev as high as you like, or as quickly, or does it stutter / run rough? Also what is the initial and total ignition timing, carb / intake set up etc..... Is there fresh fuel in it, has the carb been rebuilt, what is the state of spark plugs and wires, is the firing order right, have you double checked it?......I think that you get the picture. Kind of like asking us why your wife is mad......

Where is timing? What is full advance? Have you checked is distributor in good shape IE advance stuck? Fuel? Carb throttle bores opening fully?
