My 65 dart project

Cars from California, or anywhere where they do not use salt, are great. No rust on body panels or underneath. My interior is another story, the carpet is rot, the seats need new everything. The front end needs a complete rebuild, all four brakes and a few bulbs are all its needs to become road worthy, all easy stuff. Don't know yet if I will keep the AC.

NIce project you got there. And it is extremly unusual too. They didn't build so many Dart 270 2 dr postwith V8 and A/C. That's a keeper.

Sweet! My wagon is a 270 but all the trim/roof rack are long gone... you are at a much better starting point! Good luck with her...

You call that a project? I call it almost done! Seriously, nice Dart! I find it odd that it has A/C, but no power steering or brakes.

I will post a couple more pictures later. This car is a diamond in the rough. Structurally probabaly sounder then my Canadian car. Mike has all of the paperwork as well as the original black plate. It's a pretty cool find up here in Canada. It still has a lot of pieces that are missing from my car. Little things are still mint on this car i.e the sill plates for example, trim pieces that you don't see not eaten up in our neck of the woods. I am glad we were able to rescue it. Very solid car
