My first 70 Charger Movie.....

I have never created a movie before however was inspired by fellow 70 owner Marcus Palner's drifting video...so my son and I mapped out a series of scenes/videos and went out on Monday afternoon shooting videos. Overlayed some music and it is not bad for a first attempt. Had no idea what I was doing but through alot of trial and error we figured it out.

Was going to do a bunch of full out brake stands/burnouts but right as we were about to start a cop car drove by and stopped....wondering what an 8 year old kid was doing on the side of the road with a camera and tripod while dear old dad was in the car....a little too obvious....so we had to bail.

I know it could be better but hey it was a first attempt.

cool video the only question I have is how did you talk your kid into riding on the trunk lid and hood while you were cruising LOL just kidding

That's what I was thinking but surely the camera was mounted on the car.
Was the cop not Rosco P. Coatrain ? LOL

started off great! the cruising scenes need to be edited down , they went on a bit to long,
the music ruined it though, I watch a lot of youtube vids when I am bored, and the number one thing people do to ruin an otherwise good vid is add music to it,
yours would have been MUCH MUCH better with the growl of the engine instead
 
Thought that was Very good..esp for a first attempt.
Gotta add music or the WIND noise kills it.
Thats what its all about..getting out there and having FUN!

What kind of camera?

I really like the view on the quarter where you can see the drivers arm and the full road.
 
Beautiful Charger (my fav. year). Loved the video. That's what cars are meant for - an endless drive on a great fall day. :thumrigh:

Just one question though..... where's the FABO banner????
