My New Garage

-
storage is a key element ..i knew going into this house that space would be limited but i couldnt walk away from an acre of land and 2 already standing garages

These 4 poster lifts are pretty cool. I've got one of those and one two post in my shop. The 4 poster has casters and I can roll it outside, load up a car, and pressure wash the bottom. (been there, done that) Then ya clean the lift off and roll it back in. They can even be moved with a car on them. My plans are to get at least one more of those.

Update.......my "Block" man will be here this p.m. to start laying block.

My buddy Tom suggested taking a picture of him actually working.
It may be my last chance. Not really, Tom and Harold will be pleanty busy
building the garage.

Hey Wildcat

No flood damage for me thank goodness. It got within a
block and a half from my daughter's home as she lives
near the hospital. It is still closed!

I don't think the garage will be finished by August....maybe early fall.

The "block" man came out last p.m. and started setting up the
necessary steps to begin laying block.

How thick does the pad need to be? I had better start planning that
little addition now.

4 inches with wire will do it.
Just make sure it cure's for at lest 10 day's befor you drive on it!.

Hey Mike

Don't forget that in one of my other posts I said if you lived
next to me, Miss Vicky could have a permanent space in my
new garage and I would give you your own key.

By the way Mike the rain stopped after 20 minutes and the
sun came out! Thanks for the help!

Tony
