I noticed that a few weeks ago. No longer gives you casting info on heads either.

It appears they were redesigning the site, new look.
Everything is back now, you may need to go to the home page and bookmark new links to the download pages.

I only go there for the Parts and Service books, assumed if they were back everything was.
Just wait for their Gold Membership to start to get access to the good stuff.
