This band I listened to when I was stationed at Pendelton in the early 80's.
I blame all the weird stuff I listened on my fellow Marines of that time. lol
I vaguely remember the time we were all stoned drunk sitting up by the Hollywood sign waiting for the Rocky Horror show to open.
But I didn't forget all the dressed up freaks waiting out on the sidewalk at the show.
