Name That Part

This was in a box of parts off of a 70 Dart Swinger. It looks to be some kind of vacuum control device. The car had A/C. Is this part of the A/C system?

i think it is a heater control valve for an ac equipped car?

It's the heater water valve for an A/C car. It mounts on the RH inner fender with two heater hoses and one vacuum hose running to it.

Thanks! What's its function? Does it shut off the water to the heater core when the a/c is on?

Yup that's a hot water control valve. Some of them are not available forcing guys to use substitutes from chevys
If yours doesn't leak it may have some nice ebay value.
