Anyone running an aftermarket block using the front port of the block for oiling system. My Mopar water pump lower radiator hose hits my oil line. The question is will a CSR or Meziere water pump give me clearance? Anyone running anything like that?

I've got a Meziere which has a pipe thread inlet on both sides but run my lower hose to the passenger side.

Looking at yours again I just saw that your fitting is coming out of the block and ours is coming out of our Milidon pump plate which is lower, sorry . You will most likely have to switch to the Miezere and see which of their fittings will clear your stuff or change over to AN braided. If you need fittings welded to aluminum radiator I will help you. Everything looks real nice, good luck

Wrong side but I think an AN hose fitting with a 45° fitting will still allow you to keep your oil line where it is.

I believe it's a 306. But look at their fittings and see if something will work for you.

I use a 180 degree fitting as you have pictured and I also welded -20 aluminum weld bungs on my water pump, radiator and T-stat ends to use -20 upper and lower AN hoses with no issues. It is tight, but it all worked. I also use Meziere electric water pump on the street.

I used there 1.75 hose adapter and made a frankenhose. Works well but strictly race with the Meziere housing. AN seemed out of my price range. Between the radiator, hoses and fittimgs it was out of the question at the time.

How about a Banjo fitting instead of a 45? F the flow rate , your probably getting more that enough with that pump and you not floating bearings your only supplying enough to form a hydrodynamic wedge

That style pump cover didn't fit. Look at your oil pump in the car now and see what kind of room.you have between the pump cover and the closest obstacles. That fitting with a 90 hose can be a problem . Different covers available with the fitting on the back side facing the transmission.

I have cut that exit off the waterpump and kicked the exit for the hose out as much or as little as you need to make it work and look good, let me know

I run the Hemi style cover on my black charger with a motor plate. It is a cleaner installation that the wedge style cover.

I am running a dual line system that is why I am using the front port on my block. I may just have to pony up for an expensive water pump or take my housing over to Ed to get aluminum water cut and rewelded.

I can tell you without a doubt that modifying the water pump housing is way cheaper than the new billet pump ! I wanted to send you a PM but it tells me I am at the limit of 15 and I don't know how to delete. Can I get you my # or get yours and we can text.
