Need help with speedometer cable

I have a 1965 Dodge Dart , I dropped in a 1974 360 and 904 auto. transmission .My problem is that the speedometer cable is now different on the “newer” transmission . Does anyone make speedometer cables for this set up? Looking for suggestions .

Pioneer makes a cable with the newer style trans end and the older screw-on speedo end. I used one when I put a later 727 in my '65. I'll look and see if I can find the P/N in my old notes.

Will it be the same for a 904 transmission ?

Yep, same cable for putting a '66-up 904 transmission in a '65-down car.

I found one at NAPA for my 66. Worked good. (even though it was a MIC piece.) Way better than the incorrect length one that was in there. Speedometer Cable
