I have a 1990 dodge B-250 van 5.2 . runs good but when you come to a stop it surges one time then back to normal . No codes .

When was the last time you ran a FI cleaner?

my guess
the throttle is likely too far closed, and the Auto-idle motor is a bit slow. Just open the throttle a hair and let it relearn.
