que paso mi amigos. the old valiant needs some new rear springs what kind of set-up- are you guys running, what does the car do most of its work..streep/strip, and how do you like its handling .are you satisfied?

I have been runing Mopar S/S springs on my car. It is mostly street with a blast down the 1/4 every now and then. I like them but the ride is a bit stiff. For the price I thought why not thay are only like 20-30 bucks more than the HD springs.

what kind of springs would you get that wouldn't be as stiff?
Thanks,

I have the HD replacements on my 68 Cuda and like them. They raised it about an inch over the stock ride height which gives it that slightly raked look. Rides well with them also. It's mostly a street car but I do run it once in awhile. I can't say it hooks up great but I think that's the tires. Their just regular street radials.

I have pictures posted in my garage if you want to see how it sets.

I installed Mopar XHD springs a couple of months ago and I'm pleased with the new ride height.... higher then it was with the old sagging leaf springs but not too high that it looks like a Joe Dirt car.
