Need Some Help

I am gonna be installing a factory auto console in the Dart soon. Does anyone have the measurments on the brackets so i could possibly fabricate some? or does anyone have any? Also, where would i get the dye to make the console the factory green color like the rest of my interior? Thanks for the help!
