Need some replacement body molding clips

So I’m trying to find more of these trim clips (not sure of the actual name) for my 1986 Dodge B150 van wagon.
These are on the rear doors for aluminum trim near the bottom. I’ve tried AVECO and a few other sites to include NAPA and Carquest to match them up and nothing.
Any ideas?

If you can't find any and you have a good one to make more, find someone with a 3d printer and ask how much.
