The guy in the wheelchair has a beautiful black CSS that I have seen at several shows and talked with him, has to be the same guy! Tom had a couple of CSS's when I was there. He had bought the best trucks from R&R Auto Salvage in Verona, MO after Ron died...I went to a guys place in MO back in the day to get a big block truck bellhousing. He had acres of dodge trucks, he was busy and let me explore- later on showed me around, great guy.
In a barn he had a css truck with no engine, I think he said they only made a dozen of them or so. I remember there was a guy there that day who had traveled there just to look at it, he was in a wheelchair. Some kind of sweptline enthusiast/historian guy, I think he had a css registry website? Anyway I wasn’t interested at the time. Young and dumb
He had a nice 69 I think 4 speed charger and a nice lil red truck in his shop
It may have been the same guy referred to in post #10. Tom does sound familiar. His brother delivered lumber where I worked in Pittsburg ks, saw I drove a dodge and told me about him
this was over 20 years ago
