Have you got the weight off the front end?

Try pushing the check ball of the grease zert down with a paper clip or something. It might be just stuck.

Yes, all the weight is off.

Did you try moving the stud around? New ball joints are pretty tight and you might have to move them around a bit to get the grease to flow.

Hey scamp, did you find a solution? I was installing my front suspension today, and I went to grease up my tie-rods and had the same problem. I didn't get around to the balljoints, but I imagine they'll give me guff too.

While we're at it, could someone recommend a good quality grease to use? I'm not sure what the shop had in their guns, but I was thinking about getting some mobile 1 grease from autozone. Does anyone have a better suggestion?
