I've probably had more E body cars than anything else. My first E car was a 72 340 ralley pac (sic?) that I bought in 74. The second one was a 70 383 4 barrel car...non RT. It went down hill from there but my favorite was a 71 340 Cuda that I bought in 86. Sold that car around 2000 and still wish I had kept it. Also bought my 66 Belvedere in 88 and still have that one and wish I had never taken it apart to build it into more of a race. Life got in the way big time. At least it's no long on jack stands. I sold two nice E body cars to fund the build of the 66 but the wife wanted 'some' furniture. Well, she's gone but I still have the furniture lol.
Mine was a 71 challenger... sold in 97... wish i had kept it.. I just kinda got tired of it and almost gave it away.

So I guess calling a loudmouth douchebag a useless, hairy bag of ****** meat is out of the question?......asking for a friend.........

I was banned from a thread on the political forum and also banned completely for 10 days from fbbo for calling someone a "dirty homo" because THEY brought up the subject of sucking cawk in the "Ukraine" thread. Hey, if the shoe fits. I was banned but that "dirty homo" is still able to post. When i was finally able to get back on fbbo after 10 days, the mod left a message that said "watch your potty mouth".

It is kinda funny that the forums have kind of a personality... fabo is more like.. gonna build it and beat it to death.. then build it again. fbbo is more.. i built it... it's shiny and i will keep it that way (other than the serious racer guys) I only imagine febo is like... "I have option xx that only came on 14 cars that also included option xx, also i'm looking for a ballast hold down bolt that was made at 2:30pm 4th week, 3rd day of 1970" :) I assume the c-body forum is just cool guys that love to drive awesome cars and keep em going
I mean have you seen b body prices. I grew up with a b body shitbox though and plan to keep it trashy

Question:
Rules say no flaming of the seller. Does this mean you cant be a potential flaming homosexual purchaser? Or, the seller cant be a flaming homosexual?

I posted on someones wanted thread that wanted early A floorboards last night...
Links to autobodyspecialt.com were getting thrown around.
I pointed out that no early A metals are available there, they may go under
and the site isn't even responding right now.
My Post was removed.
I thought it was a helpful post.
:soapbox:

It's a learning curve. Just try to be patient. It took me probably 6 months to get into a groove as to what should be allowed and what is not. Each mod has their own ideas while following Joey's guidelines.

 Good grief seriously?
And a comment like that, even though a joke, can send this thread into a downhill spiral. Then we have to come in and do damage control. I rarely edit posts unless it's to remove personal information. If I have to delete 3 or 4 posts to clean up a thread, I will usually just shut the thread down.

I had the privilege of spending part of my early twenties doing hayfield and garden work around a retired Army Vietnam era Drill Sargeant known to us as "Uncle D.L." that had spent two tours in country. He could shout and communicate from over a half mile away (the next hayfield over) and the man could scorch paint off the walls with his words...

A relative question toolmanmike. The question, asked by a potential buyer, asked about RRA's part, is no longer acceptable, even though it is ok in the rules?
@toolmanmike

No one has ever deleted a post on a question about a part being sold. What year, is that a crack, I dont think thats correct, I believe for a 71 car. And so on. Now you’re deleting stuff that other people on this site can use and learn if it’s correct or what’s wrong with the part, now they might buy something not really thinking of that question to ask.
