New Dart owner, ? about hoods...

I plan on dropping a 440 in my recently purchased 69 Dart. I know there are plenty of hood options, from factory to aftermarket, steel to fiberglass....

My question is will a 440 fit under a factory steel flat Dart hood? Not a factory GTS hood, but a hood off say a 318 car.
