New Delivery Service "UniUni" Beware !!!!!

-
That was a bad move on your part. Best thing is to report it to the company handling the delivery.
Not true. I have stories for days of how Fedex threw my packages into the neighbors garbage can, delivered my package with a large cloud of Marijuana smoke out of the delivery guys mouth, chasing the delivery guy down the road at 75 mph to get my package he lost, etc, etc, etc... A 100% of the times I complained or never even received the package, they closed the case because the driver marked the package as being delivered; and again, I had no recourse but to get mad. To this day there are still car parts I paid for but never received... Complaining only goes so far before you eventually have to give up.

I hate that you've had such poor service. Just goes to show you that companies truly don't care. It probably would be the better policy if they had the customer or a neighbor to personally sign for it. I can understand why you would be mad about it and I completely agree with you.

Dan I was just JOKING!!!!!!!
I only use deadly weapons for ROADS RAGE!!!!!! and thieves!
I understand. I can understand how it make you want to do that though. I can't believe people treat other people's stuff with such disrespect. If I was close to where you live and you asked me to watch for a package for you I would treat it as it was mine.

I only have mail order stuff shipped to my work.If we are closed (holidays and weekends) it stays on the truck till deliverable. I realize everyone can't do this but it has worked for me.

Found out a little more info today. UniUni "Does Not" work with the USPS. They are actually a competitor. They work for Chinese company's like Temu, Aliexpress, etc. Turns out my backup camera is from a chinese company, imagine that.
My wife is going back and forth with them on email, which sucks because they are in China. The last email they said where is your proof that the package was mishandled, so my wife sent them the video, and pictures. We will see what they have to say after this. First email they asked to open up the package and look at the contents, and we said no we aren't playing that game.
Stay tuned ..............

I've had them ignore "signature required" flags so many times I do whatever i can to avoid using them. Ordered a couple of grand with of sheet metal for my e-body and they did that to me. If there was a problem with any of the parts I wouldn't have had any recourse.

Smith and Wesson returned my gun via Fed Ex. Fed Ex driver forged a signature (not even close to my name) and left it laying on my porch. A damned gun.

So this morning my front door camera showed someone walking up to the door with a small package, drop it on the doorstep, and walk away, not even ringing the doorbell.
My wife was expecting a package, so was not too surprised, until she picked it up. It was far smaller than what she was waiting for, and when she opened it up was not what she bought from Ebay. She checked the package over, noting that there appeared to be several address labels overlapping, and found one indicating the recipient was actually someone in Wisconsin.
She contacted the seller of the item through Ebay and informed them of the issue, and also contacted the seller of the item that she had actually purchased, after receiving an email notification that her item had been delivered.
When she told me about this, I mentioned this thread and the op's experience with this company called UniUni. Well, damn if a little bit of digging by her didn't find that the delivery company wasn't also UniUni!
