So are you selling printed parts, or are you going to have them manufactured?

Because that square boss is going to be a b**** to machine if you're machining that in metal. Even as a cast part that would kinda suck.

You could make your threaded hole for your set screw be there, and use the shank of a screw to locate the collar in the sleeve, and would turn that part into an easily turned metal part with no wonky square locating boss.

If that makes sense and I understand it correctly.

The part is going to be delivered to my tester soon. I know the dimensions are good on the bearing side, but I need to confirm the fit to the steering column tube. Stay tuned!

You may want to confirm that this is the part you are looking for. As far as I know, this is a 67 only part. Although, if your steering column shaft end looks the same as the renderings and pictures in this thread (2.25"id, 1" shaft, and the 0.5" keyway), this is the part you need.
I'm working on a 67 Barracuda Fastback
Did you end up with something you are going to sell? Just the plastic part, or bearing as well? What bearing does it use?
