new member 69 Cuda trunk panel

Hi Guys. Been reading these threads for a while, so thought I'd better join. Got a 52 plym 3 window, hot rod(318,etc.). Also a 69 barracuda 318 that is so complete that it would be a shame to alter it, so am restoring it. Got a question that maybe someone could help me with. The trunk lid panel has a "frosted" section. Earlier models (68) have a pebbled finish. Is the 69 model finish some kind of media blasting or is it some type of really rough argent paint? Also what would the red painted surround be, is there a paint name or number? Many thanks to any one that has any ideas.... plymman.

its called textured argent paint the red appears to be brushed on the bottom and top portions very sloppy taped up
