Krusty is a little loud and rowdy, but doesn't visually scream "fast-car"!!
I just wish the previous owner hadn't put a scoop on the original patina'd hood.

Which one is Krusty? LOL...I'm guessing that's a real Demon. I'm glad Mopar kept a few good Muscle cars after 1970. In the 60's almost everything they made had a real performance version offered. I worked with a guy in the early 80's that had a light green 340 4 speed Demon. It had a lot of bang for the buck. We still had a 68 Coronet R/T 440 4 speed with a Dana that just screamed Mopar Muscle Car coming. Ive seen guys that can match the patina on a blank canvas but it's never cheap. That car would be perfect with the original hood.
 
I'm crustier than the car. It's an original N. Kally, 6-cyl, 71 Duster. I spent 3 years assembling it.
It's not what it looks like.

As a kind of hillbilly the only offensive thing I see is that @74GreenScamp called the 80s cars my friends drove in high school classic cars. And I’m only 36 lol.

Lol! Don't forget, the first ford fusion will be a "classic" in 5 years. Love your Scamp that color looks incredible on there!

Thanks! It’s funny my whole life I hated gold on cars and then I saw the GY8 and it looks good on certain bodies.
