Like Dusted72 says take your time. It would be nice to find one that hasn't been messed with, without someone else's idea of a custom paintjob etc.
Not able to hear the engine run sounds fishy to me kegon, if they are wanting to sell it, It would be way to easy to get it running....... agree walk away young gun :coffee2:
In the picture it looks like the T bars are shot or there is more rust problems under the belly...... I see a rookie move on the breather and they may have made it not run because the trans is toast and or the engine.

keep looking, dont loose the number though for this one. 3k is too much. Hows the torsion bar trany mount area?
Then let um hold it. You're YOUNG. Another better one will come along. It has 3K plus worth of work to make it nice. Just because it has shiny paint doesn't make it nice.
