I picked this up 2 weeks ago. Finally got down to taking pics today. It's a 1972 Plymouth Duster. Original /6, auto car. Now has 360, A-833 4 speed, 8 3/4 POSI 4.10 gears. Front disc brakes added. It has some surface rust underneath, no visible rot. Trunk is the worst.
Engine specs (what I figured out so far)
360
.060 KB107 pistons
894 "x" heads
Crower cam 31205 - Adv Duration 290 - 298 - Lift .507 - .522
Manley adjustable rockers 43137
Torker II intake
Holley 750 DP 0-4779C
Hooker Super Comps
2 1/2 Flowmaster exhaust with H-pipe, cutoff before the rear axle
Indy shifter
I'm still trying to get a hold of the guy I bought it from. I got a stack of receipts that came along with the car. In that stack I found a flyer for forum member Jim Lusk titled "The Ultimate Street a-body" this would've been around 1999-2001 (Jim, I hope you read this, LOL).
I'm having tailpipes added tomorrow. I'll be adding subframe connectors, and cold air intake soon.
I saw this advertised last year and missed out on it. The new owner put it up for sale, I guess it was just meant to be.
