New Tuff Stuff Alternator Mount?

Picked up an Alternator for my LA 360. It didn't come with a factory type tube spacer where the long bolt goes through. Anybody installed one? Were you able to knock or press out the spacer that came in with it. What did you do for a tube spacer?
