Me and a buddy is flying out of Peoria.IL wed morning oct 29th at 6am for the races... will be staying at the 4 Queens... going back home Nov 1st...
heres a list off what were doing....
The NHRA Vegas-Style Fanfest will take place Oct. 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. on the 3rd Street section of the Fremont Street Experience, home to the famous Vegas light displays of the Four Queens Hotel, FitzGerald Casino, and the Fremont Hotel Casino.
The first 500 guests will receive a limited-edition 2008 Countdown to the Championship baseball card set featuring the top 10 racers from each of the four Pro categories (40 cards in all). The Fanfest will feature a variety of activities, including a driver autograph session with Pros from the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, a live band playing on the 3rd Street stage, and a captivating NHRA video with pulsating music that will be displayed on the 12.5 million LED Viva Vision screen and heard through the 555,000-watt sound system throughout the evening.
The event is open to the public, and admission is free.
The Four Queens Hotel is were we are staying at, so it should be a sweet time.
And for friday... we are going to the races all effing day and till they kick us out!!!! Then to the strip down town, who knows what trouble we can get in...lol just have to be at the airport sat at noonish for the ride back home....
