Drove my car for a while yesterday with not issues, and this AM there is no power when
I go to start it. Turn the key and nothing.

Thought it might be the battery, so I charged it up and the same issue.

Any guidance on what I need to check?

Does ANYTHING that recently worked still work? Dome lights? Headlights, anything? If not it's likely something basic alike a dirty battery connection.

Did you see/ smell smoke? Might have done something that popped the fuse link where the ammeter circuit interacts with the bulkhead connector

Before we go very far, WHAT are you working on? Year make model. If you do not have a wiring diagram/ service manual, you can download them free, from MyMopar.com

Start at the battery positive terminal and check for plus 12v at every junction along the way.

Mymopar.com has free factory shop manuals and wiring diagrams

Remove the battery terminals and clean them good. Then check the main ground and the positive cable going to the starter that they are good and clean and tight.
