OK Guys, I have a 70 340 Swinger with no dash lights, parking lights, or taillights. I replaced the fuse and nothing. Any ideas? Also, occasionally when i turn the wheel the horn blows. I need help. Thanks in advance.

Don't assume 'good fuse' means 'good fuse.'

Get a test lamp. Turn on the parking lights. Probe both sides of the fuse. You should have power there on both sides.

If you do, time to move up to the light switch. Might be a bad switch, or corrosion etc damage to the switch connector

Got brake lights. I jumped the fuse box with a wire(probably not a smart thing to do) and still nothing.

You are correct. Not too smart.

Next step I already told you. Time to pull the headlight switch. To get the knob off, unhook the battery, and pull the knob all the way out. Feel around "up there" and push the spring loaded button, then the stem and knob comes out

For the ligths isted, they all come through the headlights switch so proceed as noted.

For the occasional horn blowing when the steering wheel is turned, there is an electrical contact behind the steering wheel that rides on a ring in the upper part of the steering column. This grounds the horn relay to activate it when you push the horn. This contact or the contact ring are broken/messed up. You'll have to pull the steering wheel to see and inspect this; probably needs to be replaced.
