Off Topic: "Non-A" Mopar polyethylene to steel gas tank conversion

The old poly tank had two vents on its top; one was a 1/4" line that went to the evaporative canister, and the other a 1/2" line going to the filler neck. However, the new steel tank has only one vent on its top. Is it OK (smog legal) to "tee" up the evap and the filler vents?
