This is a small block Chevy, but I bet this was / could have been done in the past. Especially since the mopar and Chevy are like kissin cousins

Almost every new engine You see, esp. Inlines/V-6's, all have the cyl. offset towards the power-stroke side of the crank...as much as 12mm..
