Oil Pressure Sending Unit

It's probably been asked before but I couldn't find it. How do you test the oil pressure sending unit on the car? It's for 1971 Ralley Dash with factory oil pressure gauge.

Air pressure and a ohm meter... like a fuel gauge, 10 ohms full and 74 is empty/0. Give me a bit and I'll find my "table" from my Bee restoration thread.
