Ok guys here's the rundown
1971 Plymouth valiant
Eddy headed 408 stroker
904 3500 Hughes converter
8 3/4 3.91 26x10.5 slicks
Cam was a old Hughes hyd flat tappet
Car is all steel has steroids in the car too
Best et 11.60 113 mph

So now I'm gonna go solid roller to make it more modern and give that motor more of a power band. Plan is to go faster on motor and to run 200 shot also I'll post pics and updates as we get it going thx

Here are some pics of the tear down
Gotta get the heads set up for new cam and gaskets a bung welded for my new wideband and simple stuff

Solid roller is the way to go! I have a lunati in my 360, just keeps pulling, will never to back to flat tappet again.

I would recommend MRL solid roller lifters, have a few thousand miles on mine and they have been bulletproof.

Get your heads ported and call Bullet cams and they will spec you a solid roller to match your combo. Then you should be able to run really low tens easy. If you can hook it.

Well the comp cam I got matches my flow number on my heads and my intake I also have a pc built carb that runs amazing. The plan is getting running do some passes on the new cam and tune and see where it is

My car has ss springs and a snubber and 1.5 60 ft and it's all steel and steel wheels I have a lot I can do to make it go faster
I'm gonna go qa1 all four corners and cal tracks in the future also and lighten the pig up
