Hey guys, Lets make a "I should not have sold that car list" . We all have one. I'm 47 and I have a pretty long one. We can give a friendly dumb *** award to the best story.
I'll start off
Numbers match '71 Super Bee (with hideaways).........................$1200.00 in 1981 to a guy who robbed a liquer store and rolled it. The guy I bought it from (original owner) saw it at a wrecker.WTF

73 Challanger, Dad made me sell it...........................................300.00

70 Duster 340 four speed.......................................................$3500.00
bought an engagement ring......divorced from that mental case now

68 Road Runner....................................................................$4500.00

64 Fury BBlock.....................................................................$3500.00

Not sure if this qualifies, but just last week I dragged my feet and lost out on a numbers matching 70 340 Duster for $1000. A real VS29H0B car with the 340 and 8 3/4 rear still present. I'll be kicking myself for a long time on that one.

70 Cuda 440 is the one that hurts the most.

Selling the Scamp is up there. That car was coming out real nice.

Got any recent pics. of the Scamp Adam?

Wish i could have afforded to buy it!

Dad had a 65 coronet a330 mom made him sell it along time ago when i was just a little pot licker. I don't know if any one out there would know of it but when he got it ,it was green and had the word CHAOS on the side of it.Then he had it painted white.I wonder where it is now?

Didn't really sell it but i still kick myself. Bought a 71 /6 duster for $750 gave it to my girlfriend at the time then we broke up and she gave it away to a mutual friend.](*,)

Here you go Kev. The first pic is what it looked like when it left, The day I got it running by the way.

Next is what they did to it. I dont know how the power brakes can work when its got a solid cam with 265* of duration @.050" IT makes maybe 4" of vacuum at 1200rpm idle.

Sold my first '69 Coronet for $500, all it needed was a 3X3 inch patch behind the passenger rear wheel, front fenders and hood painted and a new vinyl top, was mint other than that.

Sold the Coronet to buy a Charger, '70 top banana 440 4-speed R/T all there less engine, ended up buying another top banana '70 Charger at the same time, 383 bucket console 500. Sold both for $3000 to pay bills.

There are others I regret getting rid of, but those three are the worst. I'd sell everything I own to get the Coronet back, even if it was just a shell.
