I'd suspect that, or your measurement technique... have you made some sort of caster gauge to use when the car is on the ground, set at ride height? That one is the hardest to make. This ought not to be far out, unless stuff is installed wrong or is bent, etc.

What did you do on that boot BTW?

Any pix you can post?
I siliconed the moog boot but was afraid to use it so I just used the new Energy suspension boot I got..It is urethane.

Hi all,
I didn't read the entire thread but never adjust the ride height with the car on the ground ! The bolts will strip and you might get squashed. Always adjust tires hanging then put down and bounce the car a few times before measuring your ride height.
