Oversized hydraulic lifter

I'm looking for an oversize lifter for my 340. It has the diamond on the block which i recently found out means it had an oversize lifter bore. I looked through the bucket of old parts and there it was. I dont think the lifter has enough left in it to resurface so i would really like to find a new one to stop my engine from ticking. I have tried everywhere online and so far have come up empty.
Someone has to have one somewhere... I hope...

Maybe check into having that bore bushed?

Lifters are pretty thick on the bottom. I bet it can be reground.

I don't want to tear the whole thing down it was rebuilt only a few thousand miles ago. It just ticks now from the oversize lifter bore.(Didnt know it when i built it)

Try racer brown they had a oversize solid lifter for my 340 but it was $38.00 plus shipping they might have a hydronic one.

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe try Mike at MRL Performance he may have a lifter or a way for you to get around the issue? He is one of our site sponsors link on the right http://www.mrlperformance.com/

Maybe check into having that bore bushed?

If worse comes to worse. You can have the lifter bore sleeved and brought back to normal size. They will also have to redrill the oil passage through it.
