Paint code 65 Dart GT

[Wagon of Death]

Got a mate here that just bought a 65 Dart GT,not a bad looking unit either...
We have noticed a peculiarity though and thought I might ask here if anyone could shed some light on this...

The broadcast/build sheet that came with the car,states paint code as KK1 yet the tag on the fender says LL1 ???? Im pretty sure its the same colour but ones darker??

Any thoughts,gents?

[66 Dartman]

My 66 paint is kk1. I painted my floor pan last winter and the paint was a dead on match. here's a pic. I went off the fender tag for the code though I'll have to check the broadcast sheet now!!!
