Parts Interchange 318 and 360...

I assume you are referring to an LA and not Magnum? If LA, most everything except

pan, crank, pistons/ rods, front balancer, and don't forget the properly weighted converter or flywheel.

But 360 heads on a 318 will normally drop the compression a bunch unless you shave the heads and probably the block deck
 
The following will not swap or interchange easy;

Crank, pistons, balancer, flexplate and-or flywheel and oil pan.

Use two 390 CFM Holleys or 2 vintage 400 CFM Carter's.
that intake will rock!
 
Tread carefully, I have seen this intake manifold available with a very early 273 bolt pattern that will NOT fit later 273/318/340/360 engines without modifying the holes with a rat tail file.

also the runners were tiny tiny tiny.
