I do not want to throw Jamie under the bus, but I have had an order for months that has not gotten shipped, lost of excuses. Anyone know what the issue here is or if it is just me? I am getting to the point where I will not be able to go to my credit card and charge this back.

Had a similar experience years ago when he rebuilt my 4sp. I finally got it back and the work was good, no issues thus far, but the delay was blamed on a death in the family. Okay...I guess?

Call your CCard company and stab it to death now and move on.

I can drive right up the road to Passion and I still order from Dan at Brewers. Jamie doesn't have a good reference locally. Never heard any good from people that come here but for one person.
Not getting what you paid for isn't as bad as not getting a defective item you purchased replaced. I heard some horror stories at my place so I stay away. Whether its due to him or his employees there is always a abundance of excuses from many I talk to. I would get a refund and call Brewers. I had a blower kit on order from Hamptons for 5 months after putting $1000 down.
Every call was another excuse, another promise and delay. The people saying get your money back are right on.

While Brewers was not taking orders I ordered a complete 4 speed conversion package from Passon. All I will say is any future business will be with Brewers. But he does come up with entertaining excuses for not shipping paid for parts!

And this from a member who owns and operates a high end machine shop with his son. That should tell yall all you need to know about Passon.
