There are a huge variety of Honeywell pressure switches that can be used. Look for a 5 digit part number that starts with 76 or 78, is listed as N.O. (normally open), and has a similar pressure setting to what you need.
For the 42psi switch, I'd look for a 78146, 78403, 76053, 76058. 76073, or 76078.
For the 65psi switch, I'd look for 76147, 76404, 76054, 76059, 76074, or 76079.
The German Suco switches look good but appear to be british pipe thread which can be difficult to seal if combined with domestic npt. They screw together easily but don't mesh due to a different thread pitch, so sealing can be difficult.
Also, the motorbike brake switch has an internal spring as well that is fairly stiff, so if using that, it should be on a lever or the compression spring swapped.
