I used to drive my '65 Dart on a daily basis. I stopped doing that when I realized that the insurance company would total the car and not even attempt to repair it, if I every had an accident.
It is cheaper for me to make monthly payments on a KIA Rio, pay for the gas and insurance, then to drive my '06 Dodge Ram Quad Cab with a HEMI on a daily basis. And I love that truck.
