With all the rain you folks have gotten can't help but wonder if McKellips, the part of it that is on the river bottom, is under water? It is between Alma School & Country club if I remember right....

Part of it was last night when we drove by - forget where, but we saw it blocked off

Well im on my way to Scottsdale be there Friday
If the Salt River is flowing McKellips is likely under water where it crosses. We got near 3" here on the N side of S Mountain over the weekend. Water flows like a stream through my yard whenever it comes down heavy. Street sweepers out in force doing clean-up.
