can someone post a photo of a installed P5007709 timing chain tensioner? It is used on 3.9l and other mopar small block v8’s
I am wanting to install a timing chain tensioner on a slant six I am building, for a couple of reasons,,,I already plan to use a new roller chain set up, I had the block line bored so I gave up some chain tension with that, and with a distributor ignition wanting to minimize timing errors.
Wanting to see if I could modify - adapt to 7709 to fit..
Thanks

I have a pic.

What brand chain is that? Looks like a DID Gold O-ring chain for a motorcycle.

No... Not a MC... I just havent seen a timing chain with the gold links. It reminded me of one of those chains though and got me wondering if there are t-chains with less rolling resistance than others.
Bikes running DID Gold X-ring chains are significantly easier to push than bikes with other chains.
