Could I get some pics of a dart swinger 4-speed hump, non console cars. I will be adding a Hurst V-Matic 2 shifter when the BB goes in but I need to move the shifter closer to the driver, my wife is a smaller person. I would like to add a piece to the hump to mount the shifter on the drivers side of the tunnel. I would like to see where the 4-speed hump is in relation to the seat and possibly order carpeting for a manual car instead of an automatic. What do ya think guys and gals?
Thanks a lot, Russ n Virginia:)

I'm in the middle of converting a 66 Valiant 3 on the tree to an OD 4 speed. If you like, I can lay the four speed hump in the floor and take some pics for you. The Valiant is a bench seat so you'll get a good idea where the shifter would be in relation to the seat. I can tell you right now that you will need carpet for a 4 speed car, you would be amazed how much room the 4 speed hump takes up. If you want me to do this, PM your email address to me because I haven't figured out how to resize pictures for this forum yet. IMO you would be better off fabbing a bracket to mount your shifter where you want it, you will lose a lot less floor space.

I just coverted my Dart Sport from a 4-speed to an auto. You will lose some foot room if you use the auto pedals with the 4-speed hump. My kid has a size 13 & its a tight fit! I wish I had done away with the hump. Thats a project for the winter. Just thought I"d pass it on. My car is a 1973 Dart Sport.
