I am still trying to down size pics. I only have windows 98se. Please help.

Have you tried cropping the pics with paint? If you cant get them the way you want you can send them to me, i have a couple of programs i can use on them.

Some of us just open an account at photobucket and link the pics!

I have microsoft office picture manager thats can downsize pictures with pre-sets. or custom sizes via pikel amounts. It will also give bit or K-bit size.
