I have never used this app! Is it real or a joke or a mess?
I just had UPS ship some parts to me from N.Carolina, to Detroit......via Boise Id. **** happens.I use it when I need to ship a box and have been very pleased with it. Best tip I can give you about Pirate Ship, is that going forward I will pick the UPS quote over USPS.....even if it's a few bucks more. I shipped my nephew in Seattle a motorcycle helmet thru Pirate Ship and chose USPS simply because it was cheaper (that's rare) and it took 12 days to get there from NC. No fault of Pirate Ship at all. USPS rode the helmet all over the country instead of shipping it the quickest route. UPS would have delivered it in 3 days.
Is this for just the USA or can it be used to ship from the USA to Canada? Is it available for use in Canada? Thanks. KimI tell everyone that I can about pirateship.com. I started using it a little over a year ago.
Usually is. As u guys have all the cool stuff. We can’t use Cash App, Venmo and most any other app for paying. KimGood question. I would think domestic only.
Kim, I went on Pirate Ship and looked at FAQ's......and it didn't give a clear answer about from USA to Canada. It did say that currently, it can't be used to ship from Canada to USA. They did say that Canada is at the tip top of their list to provide their services to.Is this for just the USA or can it be used to ship from the USA to Canada? Is it available for use in Canada? Thanks. Kim
Is there much of a price difference when shipping up to Canada?I have used Pirate ship to send parts up into Canada, and to a few of the European countries.
No problems at all.
It just has you do the customs information when your doing the shipping label.
Easy, peasy.
Couldn't tell ya.Is there much of a price difference when shipping up to Canada?

So the drop off is a UPS store?no standing in line at the UPS store.
I don't understand what you mean by a "ton of bricks"?So the drop off is a UPS store?
That must go over like a ton of bricks.
Good info. Thanks!
This was an expression used frequently in my youth. Born n raised in WI.I don't understand what you mean by a "ton of bricks"?
I'm well know at my local UPS Store as i use them quite frequently. This was an expression used frequently in my youth. Born n raised in WI.
It means that it would not go over that great. Maybe I’m thinking about it wrong but i would think that UPS store would want you to utilize their service when walking through their doors, but i don’t ship a lot.

If you don't have a UPS Store in your neighborhood, or your city, you can easily drop it off at a UPS terminal.
And you don't hafta always use UPS when using Pirate Ship.
You also can get a quote thru them using the USPS, if you want to, and then bring the package to the post office.
