Pitman Arm question????

I am in the process of swaping from power to manual steering. Am i supposed to use my power steering pitman are or the manual?? They are differnt, the power arm bots in the center link form under neath while the manul one goes throught the top. I tryed to use the manul one but it doesnt want to go in all the way>

I'm having the same problem on my 68 Cuda. I had everything in, but when I went to install my old pitman arm, the splines were to big.(dia) So I ordered an arm for a manual steering setup and the bolt on the end that fits to the center link was upside down. What did you end up doing to fix yours?
