assembling my68 dart front end. center link leans down toward drivers side how far up sector shaft does pitman arm go with proper washer and nut there are no threads showing, it is flush. new pitman and box with assembly grease. how many threads of sector shaft should extend past nut

As long as it's properly tight and the nut is fully engaged, I would not worry
