Still for sale not sure what style of pump they fit...They came off a 74 318 if that helps.

To me, looks like these are the engine mount brackets for a Saginaw power steering pump. There are two more brackets needed that bolt on the power steering pump to complete the set.

they look lik 70-up saginaw brackets. you are missing a few pieces though...

Like I said these are the two brackets that mount on the engine and not the on the pump,so yes it is not a complete set.
